Jim
Levy is the founder of Townsgate Associates, Inc., a
company that represents sellers of real estate
management companies, and whose mission is to achieve
the highest selling prices possible while ensuring
confidentiality.
Jim is
an expert in the sale of small to large-scale community
association, and commercial and residential property
management companies with over 25-years experience in
business development, business operations and mergers
and acquisitions. He has worked with companies ranging
from Fortune 500 multinationals to small family-held
businesses.
Jim developed the industry’s most comprehensive database of
management companies in the state of
California. This proprietary database ensures clients
of Townsgate Associates of a confidential, quick,
efficient and high value transaction.

sale to a private investor (2007)

Prior to founding Townsgate Associates, Jim spent almost
15-years at Kanematsu USA, Inc., a multinational trading
company with annual revenue of $20-billion dollars.
Additionally, Jim was a corporate controller for a Los
Angeles-based health care provider.
Jim previously served as a member of the board of directors
for The Association for Corporate Growth – Los Angeles
Chapter. He was also the founder of Rainbow LA, a
weekly education program for inter-city youth, and an
ESL tutoring program for adults.
Jim
earned a B.A. in Business & Japanese at Linfield
College, Oregon. |
